-Yaar I'm getting a lot of pimples. My skin is too dusky. I'm getting pores. Dark circles bhi hai. Help me yaar, you have such a clear skin", is what I get to see/hear on my DMs and even in real life.

-Acha aapki jaankari k liye... I'm from Himachal, Pahadi hu, so naturally, my skin is clear, it is in my genes. But who told you my skin is always clear? I too get PIMPLES when I'm on my period & my skin, in general, is EXTREMELY OILY.

-I do not apply makeup, I use sweet-smelling soaps and facewash and bas eyeliner lagati hu. But, why are we INDIANS so obsessed with FAIR skin? Inner beauty is more important than outer, isn't it?

-Oh, and the beauty product advertisements? Tonnes of makeup is applied to make the models look flawless and Gora (fair) on the screen.

-In fact, even when people try to become comfortable in their skin, there comes the buraai karne wali society who themselves are insecure about how they look.

-But hey, apply makeup only if you love to, NOT BECAUSE OTHERS WANT YOU TO LOOK PERFECT. I feel A balanced meal along with a fixed sleeping schedule and staying hydrated all day will do wonders for your skin.

-Show off your pimples like a BOSS & get comfortable in your skin. Kisi ne kuch bola, toh bolneka "Chal Phutt, My business is my business, none of your business" :) :)

-Chalo theek hai, once you get clear skin, you'll have other things to worry about your own body. Because humans are never satisfied, are they?

-Apply makeup if you feel confident, happy, and positive. Do not apply makeup if you still feel confident, happy, and positive.

-Song yaad hai na? 'HUM KAALE HAI TOH KYA HUA DILWAALE HAI' Bas dilwaale bano because what you do matters not your skin.
